Faulty products – If your product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will provide you with a replacement or a refund. Please note that you may be asked to provide a photograph to prove that the product is faulty before returning it. Once we receive the faulty item we will dispatch the replacement product or process your refund. Please also obtain proof of posting so that we can refund your return postage costs.
Unwanted products – If you are unhappy with an item and notify us within 14 days of receiving it, please contact us we will provide you with a return address. We will refund the cost of the item (excluding postage and packaging) once we have received the item in good, unused condition with all packaging and components. If you prefer, we can also offer product exchanges. For help with products after more than 14 days, please contact us for more information.
Amending products – If you would like to have your item modified or customised please notify us within 14 days of receiving it, we will provide you with an address that you can send the item for fixing. Please be advised that products bought on sales occasion will not be repaired or modified.
You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us. When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags. Refunds will be processed through your original payment method and may take up to 10 working days.
